Welcome to The Women’s Training Club, Kariongs Only Female Strength Gym.
This private fitness studio offers small group semiprivate training.
Group Fitness, Strength & Conditioning classes, Mums & Bubs and Personal Training.
Run by Laura a local Mum of 2 little ones, with over 15 years of strength training experience and coaching full time for 5, Laura absolutely loves what she does. You will always be met with a smile and given the support you need. As a woman and a mum, she gets it.
Laura is here to help you re discover your spark, build confidence and fall in love with exercise by learning how to lift weights properly. Always keeping it real about body image by focusing on what the body can do rather than how it looks. Her mission is to help every woman gain the confidence to walk into any gym and be proud of what her body is capable of.
We are here to make your fitness journey a positive one from day one.

I found out about Laura through social media and thought the classes looked good. The class was kept small groups of 6, Laura was super organised and always had a great work out planned. She was really attentive to everyone’s needs and their own individual fitness journey. She took the time to show everyone how to do the exercises and how not to do them!
